ISSUES

We are faced with unprecedented government spending and intervention into our daily lives.  The amount of debt we are placing on future generations is unconscionable and coming dangerously close to becoming insurmountable.  We would never make a decision to do this personally to our own children.  So why do we continue to allow Congress to collectively make a choice to place our posterity in bondage to out-of-control debt and ever expanding government overreach of authority?

We must return to the conservative, common sense solutions that made this country great.  Solutions based in personal responsibility and individual liberties that are ensured by limiting government authority to within its constitutional boundaries.

It does us no good to speak of the genius of our Founding Fathers if we are unwilling to heed their advice and uphold constitutional constraints that were intentionally constructed to prevent the tyranny that inevitably results from an unchecked government.

The solutions we seek as a nation will not be found in more government.  They will result only from more freedom.
